This is not a fashion-statement, this is a real commitment to a green building policy. It is economically effective in a situation where the cost of natural resources and communal services, and operational costs are steadily on the rise. ArtBuild Hotel Group is a pioneer in the Ukrainian market of "Green" Development, providing energy saving and eco‐friendly products and solutions as applied to the construction industry and hotel property development. We understand that Ukraine is not yet ready for full scale green building projects; however, we do already implement some green building technologies and are looking to make major strides in this sector in the coming years. We currently implement energy‐efficient building systems using the latest BMS and BEMS technologies. This provides our clients with substantial savings in future operating costs. The ArtBuild Hotel Group actively supports the promotion of green building in Ukraine. Thus in 2011 we co-organized the Ukrainian Green Building Council. The UAGBC consists of leading companies and organizations actively promoting ecological building: Delta Projekt Consult Ukraine, Drees&Sommer, Ecobau, Knauf Insulation Ukraine.
