ArtBuild Hotel Group has completed EHFS (Extended Hotel Feasibility Study) of midscale hotel project in Kyiv, Hor'koho Str. The project developer is a Ukrainian investment company.
The project concept provides for creation of midscale (upper-midscale) hotel with 89 rooms, which would offer the possibility of Extended Stay in addition to the standart range of services. The introduction of this option provides additional functions in designated for this purpose rooms (apartments), and also in the common areas. In particular, the infrastructure of the object includes a restaurant, a conference room, business center, gym, guest laundry and pantry. In addition, the hotel has several common areas, which are creating a home atmosphere and comfort – it's a lounge area on the 4th floor, and a landscaped courtyard, access to which will have only the hotel guests and their visitors.
Building façade also was developed by ArtBuild Hotel Group specialists. Currently, ABHG develops interior hotel design, which is not only meet professional requirements, but will also realize the conceptual idea of creation special level of comfort and convenience where every guest will feel like at home.
The project concept was developed in accordance with the basic requirements for midscale hotels category of one of the world's largest hotel chain Best Western International (BWI). As of October 2012, between the business customer of the object and BWI were signed LOI (Letter of Intent) for the inclusion the object into the hotel group under the brand Best Western Plus. Thus, it will be the first midscale hotel in Kiev of Hotel & Residences format under the international brand Best Western Plus, offering a full range of services to domestic and foreign business audience.
