The economy hotel project in Kyiv City, V. Vasylkivska St.

ArtBuild Hotel Group has completed the conceptual planning stage, in addition to a feasibility study in regards to the construction of a hotel on V. Vasylkivska St. The project developer is a Ukrainian investment company. 

          The project concept involves creation of an affordable modern hotel with 121 rooms in the economy category (2* according to Ukrainian categorization), designed for a young (20-45), mobile business and leisure-tourist segment in addition to middle and low-level managers. The Standard Room Area is 16.8 sq.m. A key element to the project will be the 14^th floor where there will be a breakfast zone, leisure area, lounge and bar with a small terrace with a panoramic view of central Kyiv.  Such decision gives an opportunity to compensate for the standard utilitarian approach taken when designing an economy hotel giving guests the possibility to have breakfast as well as to spend their leisure time in comfortable conditions on the top floor of the hotel with a view of the city center. This is a unique approach that will allow the hotel to retain its loyal customer base, especially in the following 5-10 years when competition significantly will increase in 2-3* segment.

           The concept takes into account major requirements used in the development of economy class hotels from various international hotel operators which will allow for the project to be developed under an international hotel brand.
