Another project of ABHG reaches final stage of construction

In March 2019, it is planned to put into operation a hotel of the upper midscale category, part of the multifunctional complex, in the city of Mogilev (Belarus). ArtBuild Hotel Group specialists prepared for this project architectural and planning solutions of multifunctional complex, divided the guest and service streams of the object so that they do not intersect each other.

The 9-storey building of the complex under construction is located in the administrative center of the city, at the intersection of Pervomaiskaya and Lepeshinsky streets, as well as in the immediate vicinity of the main pedestrian street of the city – Leninskaya. Earlier in this place was a house of life of Soviet-era.

The total area of the complex is 39 000 m2. The building will accommodate: a hotel with a fitness room, a spa, a beauty salon and a restaurant, as well as a business center with numerous offices and conference rooms, 5 cinemas, a children's entertainment center, a food court, shops, parking and others.

According to the Mogilev TV and radio company, the volume of investments in the project is at least 30 million Belarusian rubles. More than 5 hundred people will get jobs here.
